• What time of day do you want to take your class? (Day, Evening, or Weekend)
• What are the scheduled start and end dates for your desired class?  

 

Life Solutions for Health will review your online application and once you have submitted required fees; you will be emailed an enrollment agreement google doc to complete. Students are considered enrolled  pending completed paperwork and clear background check. Please contact our office if you have any questions. 

 

*Note: The administration will not review your application until all registration fees have been paid. Fees can be paid on the individual course webpages. Enrollments are accepted up until 5 days before the class start date.*
